Mandatory SARS Online Traveller Declaration
Every traveller entering or leaving South Africa must submit an online customs traveller declaration no more than 24 hours before departure. Complete it before travelling to South Africa and complete a new departure declaration before leaving South Africa. Children and infants must also be covered by a declaration. Save the SARS email confirmation on your phone or print a copy for Customs.
